Infertility Treatment Options

During IVF, medications are used to help stimulate the development and release of a woman’s eggs. The eggs and sperm are collected and placed together in a laboratory dish with the hope of successfully fertilization for implantation.

Intrauterine insemination can be recommended for treatment of infertility unrelated to obstructed or damaged tubes, mild to moderately severe male factor infertility, “unexplained” infertility, and infertility due to immunologic causes or cervical mucus abnormalities.

FFI has developed a large pool of healthy, bright, altruistic, and dependable egg donors. We are able to have very high success rates by limiting the age of our donors to less than 30 years old. Once a couple has decided to use an egg donor, Then the FFI doctors and Staff will present the various possible matches to the patients.

Gestational surrogacy involves the production of embryos through IVF, using the eggs and sperm of the intended parents, and transferring the embryos to the uterus of the surrogate. At FFI, we only do gestational surrogacy.
