General Information About Fees
 The fees you are charged for services and procedures at the Florida Fertility Institute reflect the quality of care you receive, as well as the high level of training and specialization of our physicians, nurse practitioners and entire staff. We will be happy to explain these fees to you prior to treatment, and to answer any questions you may have concerning charges. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.
Insurance coverage and reimbursement issues
for the evaluation and treatment of infertility may be complex. There are many variables in determining what reimbursement insurance companies may or may not provide. We feel it is important that patients take the step of finding out the extent of their coverage before treatment is even initiated. Our office is prepared to assist you in navigating this complex maze of information.
In Vitro Fertilization Fees
The cost of IVF services varies because of the amount of medications, laboratory tests, and ultrasounds that may be necessary for ovulation induction and the personalized protocol that has been assigned.

 Tubal Reversal Fee
Unfortunately, most insurance carriers do not cover this surgery. However, Florida Fertility Institute (FFI) offers women across the county an affordable tubal reversal package. We will perform your microtubal reanastomosis (reversal) in the Tampa Bay area for the all-inclusive price of $5,500.00 -- less than half the cost for one cycle of in-vitro-fertilization.
This $5,500.00* includes:
Consultation fee
The Tubal Reversal Experts surgical fee
Anesthesia fee
Operating room fees
Hospital fees
* Additional costs may be incurred for high risk patients
The surgery is done as an outpatient procedure. Even with airfare and hotel, the tubal reversal cost is among the most affordable in the country!
